How long will my order take?

All products are created in sequence of order number. Due to the manufacturing process time and order volumes during busy periods, orders may be dispatched up to 4 weeks after your order is placed.

Typically at my current capacity you should see a dispatch confirmation within one week of placing your order

What are the shipping options?

I offer free worldwide shipping. International orders are sent via International Tracked and you will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched and marked as "shipped". 

Shipping Address

I use an automated system for printing shipping labels. This means that I take no responsibility for any mistakes you make in the shipping address field. Once I have received the order and shipping address, this cannot be changed and will be processed automatically.
