Returns

I can only accept returns and issue refunds for orders that arrive broken. If this is the case, I need photographic evidence of the damage to the outer postal box and of the damage to the actual product - still in its original postal packaging. This must be sent to me within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase e.g Dispatch Confirmation and/or Order Confirmation email.

 

To raise a return enquiry for your item, please send me an email at The.Inner.NerdYT@gmail.com. If your return is accepted based on the returns criteria listed above, I will then send you details of where to send your package.  You will have to organise, create and pay for a shipping label. Consider using a trackable shipping service, since I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages

I cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur in the post or during use. All products are made from hard plastic and packed suitably for postage. If your product unfortunately does arrive broken, please email me at The.Inner.NerdYT@gmail.com and include a picture of the broken product inside its original postal packaging. All refunds will have to be organised through the courier.

 

Incorrect Items

Every effort is made to pack you items to match your order, but sometimes we all make mistakes. If your package is missing an item please contact me at The.Inner.NerdYT@gmail.com. I will cross reference your order and if it doesn't match your package contents I will ship you out the missing parts as soon as possible. 

Refunds

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
